We know how to party well at St. John Lutheran. The observances of the congregation's 145th birthday and Mrs. Ellen Mueller's 25th anniversary as school secretary were very well attended. Everything was planned carefully and executed precisely on May 22.
Three weeks later the St. John Lutheran community gathered to thank the family of Phil and Hannah Ewerdt for their many contributions over the 8 years that Phil held a call from St. John Lutheran to teach Grades 3-5. Again, the event was thoroughly enjoyed.
These gatherings were successful due to the work of many, and for that we praise God and thank each one humbly for their work. Thank you!
