Gather WELS TC invites MSP congregations to a bonfire at Como Park on Tuesday, September 24, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Keep building relationships with your metro church community through fun and fellowship. Bring a lawn chair, roasting tools and treats, and any extra wood you could spare!

This event will follow the previous weekend’s joint worship opportunity at St. John, Mpls on Sunday, September 22 at 10:30 a.m.

Also Sunday there is a Joint Worship Service with area churches,

held at St. John's, Minneapolis, 610 Broadway St. NE.

This will be an outdoor worship beginning at 10:30 am,

 with a lunch to follow. If you will be

staying for lunch, you may bring a dish to pass. 

Please note also that the St. John worship time will

be changing from 9:30 am to 9:45 am,

this will begin on Sunday, September 29th.

SCLA 2024 Homecoming!

 Homecoming

Welcome back Alumni! Homecoming is Friday, October 4. Join us for the parade at 5:00, the Alumni Tent with free food and t-shirts at 5:30, and the football game at 7:00. Cheer on the Crusaders as they take on Concordia Academy.

Then come back the next morning for the Run the Ravine 5K and Kids Fun Run on Saturday, October 5. Participants can run or walk a route that begins at SCLA, winds through Thompson and Kaposia Parks through Simon's Ravine, and ends at SCLA. All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and car sticker. The top finisher in each age division will be awarded a medal.
